ABOUT THE FOUNDER

With over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve survived the rushes as a line cook, prepped until the sun came down, greeted guests at the host stand, and executed high-stakes events as a caterer.

I have an attention for detail and for years have noticed inconsistencies on menus which distracts from the star, the food itself. What started as an eagle-eyed habit has evolved into a dedicated mission: ensuring your written presentation matches your culinary excellence.

WHY MENUS MATTER

The menu is one of the first things a customer looks at and a misspelling isn’t just a typo—it’s a distraction from your craft. Whether it’s a misspelled charcuterie, an inconsistent font, or a confusing description, small errors can subtly chip away at a guest's overall experience.

WHAT I DO

I don't just check for spelling. I look for:

  • Culinary Accuracy: Ensuring regional dishes and technical terms are used correctly.

  • Consistency: Standardizing capitalization, currency formatting, and descriptions.

  • Flow: Making sure your menu is as intuitive to read as it is delicious to eat.
